Traci Stovall-Galati has 20 years of human resources expertise, partnering with leaders in diverse, fast-paced industries ranging from high tech, start-ups, manufacturing, mortgage banking, real estate, title services, and non-profits across multiple geographies. She has worked with small companies and large ones, including Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 companies, and is a strategic business partner with a demonstrated record of success. She enjoys being approached with a challenging HR issue and partnering with the business to find the perfect solution for all parties.

 

Traci has a knack for solving challenging employee relations situations and conducting complex investigations. Traci implemented a global HRMS and a recruiting system for a 7,000 employee high tech company and is familiar with several applicant tracking systems (ATS). She is also an experienced full life cycle recruiter, partnering with business leaders to accomplish hiring goals to meet business objectives.

Traci has obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation and is a member of the Williamson County Human Resources Association (WilCo HR), Austin Human Resource Management Association (AHRMA), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

 

Traci grew up in Houston and graduated from Baylor University (Sic 'Em, Bears!) with degrees in Human Resource Management and Marketing with a specialization in Advertising. Traci moved to Austin immediately after graduating and has been here ever since!

 

Traci and her husband, Charles, have three children and reside in Round Rock, Texas and spend their time keeping up with their kids’ activities and staying involved with their church. Traci also enjoys reading, relaxing by the pool, and spending time with family and friends.
